Definitely soothing and hydrating for my combo skin. It didn't do much for my pores, closed comedones, and acne. I like the hydration though. :)
Love this! This is my second bottle and I can see a difference in my skin from using it!
It gave my skin that “soft” feeling. Absorbs quick and a little goes a long way. Pores looked smaller. Only down side is I don’t see much difference from this at $28 vs COSRX snail at $15.
This is best used as a hydrator in my opinion. If you apply it to a damp face, it gives such a brilliant glow. It is great as an exfoliator too, but it really shines as a hydrator. It gives my skin a nice tone. Must be used on a wet face or else it will feel kind of sandy.
I am allergic to snail mucin (apparently) so I still wanted something with a similar slimy texture. (oily/combo skin) Honestly, kind of overhyped. Exfoliation is pretty unique with this product but it takes a lot of time and rubbing, at times i feel like i am tugging on my skin to get the exfoliation going. As a serum, its slimy and leaves a slightly tacky finish, great for putting moisturizer on top. Very hydrating but nothing else. I would probably purchase a hyaluronic acid serum instead of this though.
