Return Policy & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
  1. The return request must be made within 15 business days from the received date. Please contact us through the BlommingKOCO chatbot for requests for returns. After you register the return form to our chatbot, we will check whether is possible or not. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and 25% restocking fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. 
  2. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition   (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured)    Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. *We do not accept returns of Time Deal items and Clearance items. Clearance items and Time Deal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through the Blooming KOCO chatbot along with an attachment of a picture for proof.  After checking the information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with the prepaid return shipping label or issue you a refund.
  3. All exchanges & returns are subject to validation and approval at BloomingKOCO's discretion and possible to reject any change requests without prior notice.

  4. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

After confirmation from the CS team, the product will be refunded to you.

  1. For refunds, you can choose to refund points or use payment methods.

  2. BloomingKOCO point refunds: Points can be used like cash on the site.(100 Points = $1)

  3. Payment method you’ve chosen: You will be refunded to your payment account and it might take up to 14 business days.
