Description

The Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++ is a chemical sunscreen that offers protection against both UVA- and UVB rays. Since this sunscreen is rich in hyaluronic acid, it also doubles as a moisturizer. 

One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.

  • Uvinal A plus (320-400 nm), Uvinul T 150 (280-320nm), Tinosorb-M (280-400 nm), Iscotrizinol (UVA2-UVB).

Loveeee ittt but...

I love this sunscreen WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Im an oily acne prone girly and I love that this doesn't sting my eyes, is practically invisible, and goes on like a moisturizer. In fact, it kinda calms the redness in my skin during the day. Replacing it with ur moisturizer, however, might be a lil drastic so I would suggest still putting that on in the mornings unless you dont have time. I find it makes my skin a little tight if i dont put on moisturizer. KEEP IN MIND with this sunscreen, it contains niacinamide which may or may not react well when paired with other certain active ingredients in a skin product. Overall, cannot stop sining praises to this product!

Makes me break out

First of all, I do not blame this specific sunscreen for breaking me out. Most of the Korean sunscreen breaks me out for some reason. So, I am using this on my hands instead. It is a good sunscreen, but not good for my face.

Nice

This is a nice sunscreen, doesn't feel heavy but it can get a little greasy on my t-zone (I have combination skin.) There's no white cast. I love the packaging. I also got it for like $8. Slay! I love this website they always have a lot of sales for a broke girl like me 💀

My skin type: medium tan skin tone, combination skin, prone to random pimples, can get pretty dry in winter.

moisturizing sunscreen

this sunscreen is nice. it has a very moisturizing feel to it but is still lightweight enough. i have dry skin, though, so that may be why. it also doesn't leave white cast and has a very minimal and natural scent. i think this sunscreen will become a backup since i prefer the skin1004 one more so far, and this one can get pricey. if bought on sales, though, it is a nice choice to have!
