1. The return request must be made within 15 business days from the or received date. Please contact us through the BlommingKOCO chatbot for requests returns.After you registered the return form to our chatbot, we will check whether is possible or not. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and up to a 25% restocking fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition   (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured)    Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. *We do not accept returns of Time Deal items and Clearance items. Clearance items and Time Deal items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments on  prior purchases. Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through the Blooming KOCO customer service team along with an attachment of a picture for proof.  After checking the information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with the prepaid return shipping label or issue you a refund.
