We are doing our best to keep our operation normal. However Covid-19 Pandemic is affecting us in many ways including our shipping process. We have been experiencing some delays on our shipments. So please be patient with us as we do our best to ensure fast delivery.
We do our best to reply back to our customers in timely manner. So you can expect to hear back from us within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that we will only reply during our normal business hours.

The short answer is No. Making changes to the order may disrupt the payment that already went through. So we won't accept any changes once the order is placed. When the order is received, we process the shipping very fast to ensure quick delivery to our customers. That being said, it is really hard to bring back the order that already moved onto shipping process. So we won't accept any cancel inquiry.
We have 15 days policy for return(s). Please contact us at hello@bloomingkoco.com within 15 days the package has arrived. If you can simply label your title as "Return" with order number, we will gladly help you with the inquiry. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for shipping fee when in returning the package. Refer to our policy page for more specific description.
Unfortunately, we won't accept any exchange request.
Please contact us at hello@bloomingkoco.com immediately after you received the package with order number and pictures of proof. Upon verification, we will gladly proceed with the inquiry.
If you have not received any particular item that you ordered, please contact us at hello@bloomingkoco.com by labeling your title as "missing item," with order number. We will double check the information and help you out.
If you are having trouble with tracking your package, please contact us at hello@bloomingkoco.com by simply labeling your title as "Tracking" with order number. We will gladly confirm your tracking status.
