I apply AM & PM. My Nick's skin is less dry. I pour peas size drops on my palm and then cover my face and neck. It usually goes after toner before serum. If I layer it ( 2 layers so far) I skip the serum. Doesn't irritate the skin. I struggle with redness especially on my cheeks. It's menopausal rosacea. Face skin is sensitive ,mixed, and mature. The neck skin is rather dry. I love it.
